Be A Hometown Hero
Everyone can be a hero in life. Most people want to give back but don’t know where to start. We give students, businesses and individuals a platform to be heroes in their everyday life. All 3 of these can run fundraisers and benefits for projects they see fit in their own local communities. During the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, thousands of individuals, businesses and organizations stepped forward to help thousands get back on their feet through our Restore the Shore project. In smaller cases, groups will approach us to help facilitate fundraisers for sick kids, homeless vets etc… These people need a 501 c 3 to partner with for their fundraisers to work. In the case with our school program we want to teach kids how to facilitate fundraisers and task them with creating projects that are beneficial to their local areas.
We want to partner all of these entities to give them the tools and platform so they can all be true Hometown Heroes.
