Hometown Heroes is a nationwide registered 501(c)(3) charity organization comprised of local chapters and school based programs, whose main purpose is to foster an environment of goodwill, generosity, and encouragement by supporting local communities when unexpected needs arise during a crisis without discrimination towards an individual’s ethnicity, gender and age. The organization provides an opportunity for all of us to give back to the community through professional assistance, financial assistance, and advocacy.
Hometown Heroes partners heroes in our communities with people, programs and projects in need. Since our inception in 2008, thousands of every-day heroes have stepped forward to raise money and awareness for programs such as homelessness, domestic violence, drug abuse, disability, illness and natural disasters with aid totaling more than $3 million dollars.
